Alex Clarke (Chairman)
Alex Clarke lives with her husband John near Richmond Park in South West London. They have been married for 34 years and had 3 children. Alex has a nursing background although she is not currently practicing. She is Chairman of a Governors committee at a local school.
Alex and John’s daughter Suria worked for eSpeed,
Cantor-Fitzgerald. They also have two sons, the eldest Tom Clarke, is the Support Group press officer. Jack, the youngest, is still at university. Alex is a passionate gardener.

Jim
Cudmore (Treasurer)
Jim, aged 65 lives with his wife Helen in Northamptonshire.
He has two sons and a daughter by his first marriage, having
lost his eldest son Neil, who was on the 106th floor of the
WTC North Tower when the first airliner struck. Neil was employed
by Risk Waters as was his fiancé, Dinah Webster, who
died with him.
Jim held the post of Corporate Treasurer for the last 25
years of his career. Following early retirement in 1996, he
worked a further 3 years as a freelance Treasury Consultant
in London.
He qualified in 1963 as a Chartered Secretary and was a Founder
Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
His hobbies include golf, gardening and country life.

Hannah
Ali (Secretary)
Hannah lives with her retired parents in London. She has
two elder sisters Maryam and Sarah. Sarah was tragically lost
while attending the Risk Waters conference, on the 11th September
2001. She had only started working for Risk Waters three weeks
earlier.
Hannah was born in London and graduated from Kingston University,
Surrey. She has held several commercial positions within British
Airways head-office, most recently consulting within the e-Commerce
area. After working twelve years in the airline industry,
Hannah is taking a career break where she is working as a
part-time fundraiser and will be returning to full-time higher
education.
Her hobbies include scuba diving, travelling and web design.
She is editor of the S11UKFSG website.

Jelena Watkins (Assistant Secretary)
Jelena was born in Kosovo, Yugoslavia in 1966. She has been living in London since 1992 with husband Paul. They had their first child, Natasha in November 2002. Jelena received her BSc degree in Electronics from Belgrade University in 1991. She is a Telecoms Specialist, most recently working in WorldCom Ltd. She has worked in design, product development and sales within the telecoms industry for the past ten years. Jelena is studying part-time towards a postgraduate degree in Psychotherapy.
She lost her brother and only sibling, Vladimir Tomasevic (36), who was a delegate at the Risk waters conference on the 106th floor of WTC1. Vladimir was married and lived in Canada, where he worked for an e-business company called Symcor.

Tom
Clarke (Press Officer)
Tom Clarke is the September 11th UK Families Support Group
press officer. Tom’s elder sister Suria was killed in
One World Trade
Centre. Tom lived and worked in New York for three years before
returning to London, where he works as a science journalist.

Tony Greene
Tony lives with his wife Clare in Eastbourne. Their eldest daughter Louise, who has three young children, lost her husband John who was on the 106th floor of the WTC North Tower attending the Risk Waters conference on September 11th.
Tony was born in Ormskirk, Lancashire and is 61 years old. He was educated at St Mary’s College, Crosby and the University of Liverpool before entering the Water Industry, where he worked as a scientific officer for over 30 years. He is now retired and does voluntary work for a housing association.
In addition to Louise, Tony and Clare have two other married daughters and a total of five grandchildren ranging from 8 months to 8 years old. Tony plays golf and likes most sports, mainly as a spectator these days. He is also a member of the Catenian Association.

Michael Carrington
Michael lives in London and has two daughters. He lost his only son, Jeremy, who worked for Cantor Fitzgerald, on the 106th floor of the North Tower.
Michael was educated at Hornchurch Grammar School, Essex and The Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. He was a professional infantry officer for some 28 years and subsequently Group Administrative Director of an international corporation. He is currently Chairman of Burlington Holdings SA and Chief Executive of the Maria Nobrega Charitable Trust, which is concerned with the restoration of the UNESCO World Heritage town of Olinda in Brazil.
His hobbies are skiing, sailing and antique furniture.
